Registration terms

These terms apply when you register for PMDay Vietnam 2026, organized by PMI Vietnam Chapter. The event is on 31 October 2026 at Fortuna Hotel Hanoi, 6B Láng Hạ, Ba Đình, Hanoi. The programme runs from 13:30 to 21:00.

Your place

Submitting the form creates a registration. Your place is confirmed only after the organizer verifies that the bank transfer matches the amount and the transfer content shown on the confirmation screen. A confirmation email is sent after that verification.

Packages and prices

• Regular, 1 September to 15 October 2026: 750,000 VND for a PMI Vietnam Chapter member and 850,000 VND for a non-member
• Combo 3-in-1, for groups of 3 or more, through 25 October 2026: 720,000 VND per attendee. This deadline is not extended
• Early Bird is sold out

The member rate applies only when the PMI ID is on the active PMI Vietnam Chapter member list. Membership in another PMI chapter does not qualify for that rate. Prices are in Vietnamese dong.

Payment

Pay by bank transfer using the account, amount, and transfer content provided after registration. Transfers that do not match may be delayed or declined. Online card payment is not available.

Changes and cancellation

Email contact@pmivietnamchapter.com if you need to correct attendee details or cancel. The website does not issue an automatic refund. The organizer reviews cancellation requests and may cancel duplicate or unpaid registrations. The organizer may also update speakers, session times, or the room plan. The date, city, and venue on this page are the event details you are registering for.

At the event

Sessions are in Vietnamese or English. Translation headsets are planned for the keynote. Attendees can claim up to 5 PDUs for the programme, subject to PMI's own claim rules.

Photos and videos may be taken by authorized persons for PMI Vietnam Chapter communications, event documentation, and public information, including the web and social media. Opt out in advance by emailing us with a photo of yourself. If an attendee is under 18, a parent or guardian must contact us in advance.
