PMI Vietnam Chapter organizes PMDay Vietnam 2026 and is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Contact us at contact@pmivietnamchapter.com.

Information we collect

When you register, we collect:

Full name, job title, email address and phone number for each attendee
Organization and tax ID, if you provide them for a company registration or an invoice
PMI Vietnam Chapter member ID, if you provide it to request the member rate
The package you choose, the amount due, and the bank-transfer reference used to match your payment
Your confirmation of the photography notice and the registration terms

We do not collect card numbers. Payment is made by bank transfer to the account shown after registration.

Why we use it

To create your registration and confirm your place after payment is verified
To apply the PMI Vietnam Chapter member rate when a valid member ID is provided
To send registration updates and the welcome email
To prepare an invoice when you request one
To manage attendance, duplicates, and cancellations

We use this information for the event. We do not sell it.

Photography

Photos and videos may be taken at the event by authorized persons for PMI Vietnam Chapter communications, event documentation, and public information, including the web and social media. You can opt out in advance by emailing contact@pmivietnamchapter.com and including a photo of yourself so we can identify you. If an attendee is under 18, a parent or guardian must contact us in advance.

Who can access it

The PMI Vietnam Chapter registration team can access registration records. The website is hosted on Vercel. Registration records are stored in our database, and confirmation messages are sent through our email provider. Your bank processes the transfer separately.

How long we keep it

We keep registration and payment records for the event and for the follow-up needed to confirm attendance, issue invoices, and support PDU claims. Unpaid or cancelled registrations may be deleted. Email contact@pmivietnamchapter.com to ask for a copy of your registration details, a correction, or deletion. We may retain the minimum payment record needed to account for a completed transfer.
